DONATE NOW TO REPEAL ILLINOIS "ASSAULT WEAPONS" BAN
ATTENTION ALL FIREARM OWNERS:
The situation is urgent and important. Illinois gun owners are under attack. Your rights are under attack. With the newly enacted Illinois “assault weapons” ban, hundreds of thousands of law-abiding gun owners are being punished for ownership of commonly-owned and legally purchased firearms and accessories. As you know, this law will do absolutely nothing to stop violent crime. What it will do is significantly erode our liberty and set up a gun registry for the future confiscation of firearms and the disarming of citizens.
Until recently, I believed that anti-gun groups like Everytown and Moms Demand Action were well-intentioned though misinformed, willing to learn and compromise, and that effective bi-partisan efforts would lead to common ground solutions. But I have changed my mind as a result of their support of this bill. How many times have you heard from these anti-gun groups that, “We just want gun owners to be responsible” and, “We are not going to take your guns” and, “We just want you to lock up your guns”? Their support of this overreaching legislation clearly demonstrates that their goal is not responsible gun ownership – it is confiscation. Period. They do not respect the U.S. Constitution or the Second Amendment, they do not like guns and they do not want you to have them.
The votes are in, the bill is signed, and our rights are now being violated by the State of Illinois. The time for calling your elected representatives and filling out witness slips is over.
It is time to dig into your wallet and DONATE to your favorite 2A organization that is taking the fight to the courts. Instead of spending $100 on range ammo for a couple hours of fun, how about sending it to an organization like FFLs of Illinois? Instead of buying that new cool gun as the fifth gun in your carry rotation, how about sending that money to ISRA or GOA? These organizations need your cash to win this fight.
Please please please dig deep and contribute now. I think we have a shot at making history and sending the gun-grabbers away for a long time. But this fight is going to be expensive and we cannot sit on the sidelines and expect others to flip the bill.
Do you want to keep your guns? Are your Second Amendment rights important to you? Do you want to be able to defend yourself and your family? How much are your rights worth to you?

Hello Friends,
Due to changes in our business model, and in part due to personal reasons, Benjamin Specialties LLC will no longer be accepting NEW firearms from out-of-state retailers for transfer. We are making this change for several reasons:
1. It is not cost effective for us based on the time that it takes us to process the volume of transfers that we receive.
2. Storage space and access limitations.
3. We want to encourage customers to make new firearm purchases through local dealers, rather than the big online retailers with whom small businesses cannot compete. It is your local dealers who are your best source of information, training and advice on guns and who provide you the personal service that you deserve. Please support them by making your purchases locally even if its a few dollars more. They (and I) would greatly appreciate it.
We will gladly continue to assist our customers with transfers of used and collectible firearms, as well as new and used NFA firearms.
